My favorite healthy snacks to munch on during the day are those 100 calorie snack packs – Cheez Its, Goldfish, Pretzels, Keeblers Cookies, etc. I also love to snack on popcorn. It’s actually a very healthy snack. Sometimes I add some spray butter.

Just tried this one and it was very satisfying: Spread a “stripe” of peanut butter on a banana and then add a row of dry roasted peanuts or walnuts to the peanut butter. Keep the banana whole and eat it like that, or, if you prefer, cut it into bite size pieces. MMMMM good!

Best low-fat, low priced, sweet snack…sugar-free fat-free pudding made with skim milk!! It’s a great replacement for ice cream.

I enjoy non fat vanilla yogurt with sliced strawberries, bananas, blueberries and low fat honey granola for some crunch. I also love to take fresh cauliflower and spinkle it with cumin, chili powder, salt and pepper and cook it in the oven at 400 till its tender. Its delicious and a good alternative to dips and chips when I’m relaxing at home. Some low fat rice crackers and garlic hummus are also a staple in my pantry and fridge.
