New “Together, Achieving More” customer referral program for support department employees

Attention all non-sales, non-branch employees: Here’s your chance to participate in the “Together, Achieving More” referral program and CEO Checking Challenge for cash and prizes.

Our new customer referral program gives you the opportunity to introduce new customers to the bank, earn some extra money and win prizes.

You’ll earn incentives for referring customers.
For each deposit, lending, credit card and investment referral, employees of support departments will earn debit reward points when they refer individuals or businesses to North Shore Bank and Illinois State Bank.

  • This new incentive program is only for non-sales, non-branch positions up to AVP. But all employees in support positions who participate will be recognized.
  • You will simply create a prospect in R1 and submit the referral to the appropriate branch or person.
  • Reward points will be added to your Platinum Debit Card monthly, and you can redeem the points at your discretion.
  • Every time you refer an opened account, you will receive up to $25 in point value! The more you refer, the more you earn.

Accept the CEO Checking Challenge for extra cash and prize drawings!
To kick off our new program, Chairman and CEO Jim McKenna has presented us with a CEO Checking Challenge to open 100 checking accounts — every time you refer an opened checking account, you’ll receive $10!

  • Every employee who contributes to the CEO Challenge will earn $10 in cash for each checking account opened thanks to one of their referrals. You can earn the money for the first 100 new checking accounts.
  • Prizes will be given when we hit 25, 50 and 75 account increments.
  • Names will be entered into a drawing for prizes automatically, and three winners will be selected to win prizes like: corporate wear, gift certificates, zoo passes, etc.
