Grafton Branch Manager Dane Didier, VP of Human Resources Molly Schissler, Research and Special Payments Supervisor Natalie Canadeo, President and COO Jay McKenna and Investment Real Estate Loan Originator Jim Lange accepted the Top Workplace award on behalf of North Shore Bank.

North Shore Bank is pleased to again be recognized by The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel as a Top Workplace for 2013. An award ceremony was held on Friday, May 17, at the Italian Community Center in Milwaukee, and featured Gov. Scott Walker. Gov. Walker’s speech focused on three elements needed for the state’s success going forward: having optimism, being relevant, and being courageous. These sentiments also apply to many businesses today. We need optimism and a belief that these challenging times will turn for the better; we need to work diligently to remain relevant in the industry and communities in which we operate; and we need to have courage to learn new things, to adapt, and to put new ideas forward that can help us achieve success.

Thanks to each of you who contribute daily to making North Shore Bank a great place to work; this award is simply a recognition of what each of you brings to North Shore.
