A big thank you to our support employees! You’ve really embraced our “Together, Achieving More” customer referral program, recommending North Shore Bank to friends, family and others. We’ve helped a number of new customers with marine loans, credit cards, checking accounts and mortgage loans, among other products.

As a result of their hard work, the following support employees have earned platinum reward points for helping us start these new relationships:

Heidi Becker, Commercial Loan Specialist — 1,200 points
DJ Bluma, Product Analyst — 3,000 points
Kathy Johnson, Customer Care Specialist — 600 points
Jessica Kohn, Credit Sales Representative  — 3,000 points
Jeannie Schwenker, Credit Sales Representative — 600 points

DJ Bluma gets a second round of thanks, for referring the first checking account to qualify for Mr. McKenna’s CEO Checking Challenge.  Mr. McKenna surprised DJ and his co-workers the other day, presenting DJ with an award and a heartfelt thank you for referring customers to the bank.
