The staff at our Green Bay East branch helped organize a relief fund for more than 100 people who lost everything when a fire completely destroyed an apartment complex in Allouez. The fund raised more than $27,000. Branch Manager Lisa Sment and Assistant Branch Manager–Sales Kelly Culver, along with DM Kerri Collins, helped residents pick out clothes, toys, furniture and household appliances from donated items. We disbursed the funds to the residents at a meeting with the Red Cross and St. Matthew Parish. A presentation by the Red Cross educated the residents about the process of healing after going through a disaster.
