Erika Milosevich, VP, Investment Sales Manager, was named a 2024 Top Director in the Small Firms category and the Women-Led Firms category by the Kehrer Group in an awards ceremony on Nov. 7 in Raleigh, NC. Erika has led the Investment Services department for North Shore Bank since its inception 24 years ago. 

“This is really a testament to the Investment Department team and the hard work they do every day helping our clients grow their assets and focusing on client goals and objectives,” Erika said.  

Erika was selected for the honor from a field of 138 nominees across the financial institution insurance and securities community. Nominees were evaluated on 16 key criteria using a data-driven process that rewarded the performance of the director’s firm. The Top Directors Awards recognized investment services directors in banks and credit unions based on size, women-led firms, and emerging firms. Her nomination was announced last month.
