Let’s make this one simple: For our latest gas card contest, share the title of one of your favorite books, along with a few sentences about why it’s a favorite or why you’d recommend that someone else read it. Give us a hint of what it’s about, who might like it and, if you recall, how you happened to discover it yourself.

Here are the rules:

1. Email us at shorelines@northshorebank.com with your book title between today and Feb. 28.
2. Your message needs to be at least two or three sentences long, but no longer than 500 words.
3. When we receive your message, your name will be entered in a drawing for the $25 gas card. (And you can share as many book titles as you want, but your name will be entered only once.)

We’ll post what you send us later this year in Shorelines. The winner of the gas card will be announced in early March.

And a little belatedly, we’d like to announce the winner of our last contest: Union Grove Branch Manager Lisa Brooks, whose name was randomly chosen from the list of people who shared their goals and thoughts on goal-setting. Congratulations, Lisa!
