To kick off the bank’s new “Together, Achieving More” customer referral program, I am challenging all non-sales staff to bring in 100 new checking accounts. For your efforts in helping grow the bank, you will receive cash and prizes.

You are our bank’s greatest asset, so who better to refer customers than you? You understand who we are and the personalized service that comes with our accounts. That is why I think we can meet this fantastic challenge together.

The checking account is the core account of a household and the foundation of primary financial relationships. That’s why it would be a tremendous achievement to add 100 new customers. Once a new customer experiences the individualized attention that comes with their account and our sales staff has the opportunity to listen and understand the customer’s goals and needs, we can match the customer with other accounts and services to help them achieve their financial goals.

I encourage our support staff employees to get involved. Each of you know people who can benefit from establishing a checking account at North Shore Bank — your friends, family, neighbors, nonprofit organizations, and local businesses.

Together we are stronger and can achieve more, and this program gives you a chance to be rewarded and recognized for your effort.
