Where else can you celebrate the conclusion of your leadership trainings with refreshments made especially for you, a certificate recognizing your achievement autographed not only by your instructor but also the president of the bank, and a motivational book to help you to practice the skills you learned? The highlight of the presentation ceremony was when the graduates’ Branch Managers and District Managers formally recognized their strengths, their newly acquired skills and the value they bring to their branches and to North Shore Bank.
Congratulations to our awesome leadership graduates!
