Branches make throwing away paper fun at Free Shredding Day

On May 4, nine of our branches held a Free Community Shredding Day, where members of the community were invited to stop by with up to two boxes of sensitive documents in need of shredding. Several branches also offered an “ecycling” drop-off at the same time, giving people the chance to safely get rid of old computers and other electronic devices. Our Howard branch also celebrated its 10th anniversary that day, talking to local media and offering a selection of fun activities besides the free shredding and ecycling.
