I received a call from a customer telling me how wonderful Branch Manager Michele Padovano and her staff at our Shorewood branch are. The customer’s home was broken into, including the safe, and several things were taken. Shaken and unsure where to begin, he contacted the Shorewood office. Michele was so quick and so thorough, and knew just what to do to help put the necessary financial matters in order. Above all else, she called the customer one evening to personally ask how he and his family were doing. The customer could not recall working with another individual who demonstrated such a high level of personal service and compassion for their well-being. He was so moved by Michele’s actions that he struggled to keep his composure. The customer and his wife both work at large, reputable organizations in Milwaukee. They were overwhelmed with Michele’s service and are telling everyone about the above-and-beyond service delivered by North Shore Bank.
