According to The Huffington Post, researchers at the University of Vermont released a study earlier this year that correlated the frequency of certain words’ appearance on Twitter with levels of happiness in different geographic regions. (Yeah, we’re not 100 percent convinced of the scientific accuracy of said study either, but the findings apparently matched up with other research about how happy the residents of particular areas are.)
Among the cities with the highest average “world happiness scores”? Our own Green Bay. Can any North Shore Bank employees there attest to the accuracy of that finding? And if so, just what makes you people up there so happy after all?
