Oak Creek Teller Marie Hamilton shares this pic of her dog, Baby. “Baby loves her NSB blanket,” Marie writes, “and she says all dogs love NSB because we have doggy treats.”

Assistant Branch Manager–Operations Debra Parajecki celebrated her birthday in high fashion with her co-workers at Brookfield Square, including Branch Manager Margie Brusa. “We like to keep things fun! Debra enjoys the fanfare and even asked a customer if they would sing ‘Happy Birthday’ before she’d run their transaction,” Margie writes.

Priscilla

Commercial and Consumer Loan Closing Manager Barb Wisneski submitted this shot with the following note: “Senior Commercial Loan Specialist Priscilla Hartling hard at work on the 17 commercial loans closing on Aug. 15. We believe this is a new NSB record, and rumor has it that [Investment Real Estate Loan Originator] Jim Lange owes her lunch!”

Pulaski Branch Manager Mistine Thomson passes along the two photos above. The story behind the first picture? “[PB] April [Stevenson] and [UB] Brittney [Bystol] walked into my office at 9 a.m. and said, ‘You look exhausted, and it’s gonna be a Monster kind of Friday, so what flavor would you like?’ We couldn’t decide, so April ran and got one of each flavor, and everyone at the office had one, so we could try them all. It sounded like a great plan — at the time.” The second is Teller Jade Baran, who dug up some old NSB ponchos. “She had the urge to put one on, so I told her to go for it,” Mistine says.

Burlington Teller April Keel sent in the above silly group portrait from her wedding in May (congratulations, April!), shot by former branch employee Ashley McBride. The one below it came from one of her recent trips to the Dells, when she was underneath a railroad bridge — very cool!

Dawn

And McHenry Teller Supervisor Dawn Conley shared this shot, from her family outing this month on Sugar Run Creek at Turkey Run State Park in Marshall, Ind. “The ten of us floated down the creek with our inner tubes tied together with food and drink for a lazy and enjoyable five hours!” she writes. “We saw beautiful scenery, snakes, turtles and fish. Pictured are me in the middle, surrounded by Nolan, my daughter Kelly, friend Christy, Andrew and Grace. Not seen are my other daughter, Jen, my friend Karen, her daughter and another friend. It was a highlight of our summer!”
