Retail Banking hosted its 2014 sales kickoff on Sept. 26 at the Harley-Davidson Museum in Milwaukee. In honor of North Shore Bank’s 90th anniversary, this year’s sales theme is “Building Our Legacy, One Person at a Time.” District, branch and business relations managers all participated in the event and were encouraged to dress in Harley wear or their favorite brand attire.
Highlights of the morning included a presentation by Retail Banking Senior VP Steve Steiner, titled “90 Years of Change,” and an informative outlook on the economy presented by an engaging Drew Wallach, our CFO.
Branch managers were asked to bring an item that represented or described an activity, accomplishment or contribution to customers or the community their team was particularly proud of. Managers shared these items and then placed them in a district “Legacy Box” that will be used as a traveling trophy throughout the next year.
Keynote speaker Bryan Dodge — radio personality, life-changing speaker and best-selling author — kept the group inspired throughout the afternoon, offering motivational insights in talsk titled “Good Life Rules: 8 Keys to Being Your Best at Work and at Play” and “Building a Better You.”
