Mortgage Loan Originator Greg Kroll had a humorous encounter with an appreciative member of the community earlier this month. Here’s his story:

I stopped in at a local coffee shop today — Alterra, now known as Collectivo. The barista, a guy I know whom I have not seen for some time, recognized me and told me he was talking to someone recently about banks. The woman in question was upset with her current bank, Chase, and he told her to check out NSB in Shorewood because we have some “badass cats” working here and will take care of her needs. 

He has an interesting way of putting things, but I thanked him for his referral. It is nice to know we are liked by locals and the big banks are not.
