“PB Wendy Pologe at the East branch had a HELOC loan closing this past week that exemplified the spirit of persistence and teamwork at North Shore Bank. Consumer Loan Specialist Melissa Windle was processing the file from the June application and discovered that the title report showed liens on the property from a prior lender that were never satisfied. The matter was further complicated because the prior lender had been sold. Melissa made many phone calls, sent numerous emails and faxes and teamed up with East branch and the borrower, so that the liens were finally cleared and the loan closed. Business Relationship Manager and AVP Becky Reinhardt put it well: ‘I just want to thank everyone for all your help in getting this loan completed for my customer. We finally closed this week! I know it has been almost seven months since we initially took the application. He appreciated everything we did for him, and we have earned a very happy customer.”
