Spotlight: Kerri Collins marks 25 years with NSB
Two-time District Manager of the Year Kerri Collins has represented North Shore Bank for 25 years, and a sense of team permeates her every conversation. Referring to the pace of change in banking, she says, “Because I started as a teller and spent 19 years as a branch manager, I have been in those shoes. North Shore is forward-thinking, a trendsetter. My job is to help staff understand the reasons for change, whether in processes or procedures or how we set goals. They need — and deserve — to know the ‘why.’” Read more of Kerri’s story here.

Soccer club honors Eisenhardt: The Burlington Youth Soccer Club named VP Darrel Eisenhardt its Volunteer of the Year for 2014. Darrel has worked with BYSC for about 20 years, since coaching his son Andrew, who played from elementary through high school. Darrel has served as BYSC’s registrar for seven years, which means he’s in charge of setting up and assigning players to teams. “It’s quite an honor that the league recognizes hard work,” he said of the award, “and it’s a privilege.”

Sign up for Weight Watchers today: We’ve talked to Branch Operations Support Supervisor Ashley Coleman about Weight Watchers At Work before, but did you know she’s lost 95 pounds since joining in late 2013? You can do it, too. Our next session is about to start, and if you’re at a branch, you can attend a Weight Watchers group in your neighborhood and receive the same At Work benefits, including free e-tools, an ActiveLink activity monitor, free recipes — and most important, the support of others who are on the same journey.
