On Christmas break, I got my first bank job, and that was the end of my medical career.” Next week, Marge will reach the end of her banking career, too, when she retires from her position as Personal Banker at our Pewaukee branch on April 30. “Upon his return, we decorated his office and celebrated with a lunch, with everyone bringing in something to share,” Commercial Loan Specialist Mary Fleischman says. Check out Blake’s new decor!

North Shore Shape Up: High heels not a healthy option
160421_heels-smallIf you wear high heels regularly, it may not come as a surprise to learn that they’re not great for your feet. Researchers had the chance to study a four-year flight attendant training program in Korea, which required women to wear heels to class. They found that although new heel wearers’ lower-leg muscles gained strength at first, the women ultimately faced a higher risk of ankle instability, weakness, and balance problems. Read more about their findings, and how you can recover if you’re a longtime wearer of heels.
