If you know anyone who might be interested in a new checking account, they can get $150 if you refer them to North Shore Bank. And if you are a non-sales, non-branch employee, you can earn cash prizes or reward points for referrals.

Here’s how the CEO Checking Challenge works:

• Every time you refer a successfully opened checking account, you’ll receive $10.
• Employees of support departments earn debit reward points when they refer individuals or businesses to North Shore Bank and Illinois State Bank for deposit, loan, credit card, or investment accounts.

The “Together, Achieving More” and CEO Checking Challenge incentive programs are only for non-sales, non-branch positions up to AVP. But all employees in support positions who participate will be recognized.

To participate, simply create a prospect in R1 and submit the referral to the appropriate branch or person.
