Are you ready to SOAR Together?

We’re excited to announce North Shore Bank’s new annual SOAR Together Service Awards, offering you the chance to be recognized by your peers — and maybe even win a little extra cash.

The three annual SOAR Together Service Awards will each recognize an employee who has excelled in one of the following areas:

Outstanding Service. Nominees for this award must demonstrate superior levels of customer service, teamwork, and willingness to go above and beyond.

Community Involvement. To be eligible for this award, a nominee must have made a significant contribution to North Shore Bank community initiatives or to another organization that helps the community.

Legacy Leader. Nominees for this award must have made a significant contribution to North Shore Bank over the course of their employment. Nominees for this award must have been employed by North Shore Bank for a minimum of five years.

Nominations will open in February. All employees are eligible. If you wish to nominate a co-worker, you will be asked to submit a write-up explaining why your colleague qualifies for the particular award. Your write-up should include evidence of those qualifications — for instance, examples of the nominee going above and beyond or a list of the community initiatives the nominee has been involved in.

We’ll post a full list of the criteria for the SOAR Together Service Awards soon.

A committee will review the nominations and select one winner for each award, to be announced in April. Recipients will receive a $500 cash reward and a SOAR Together recognition plaque.

Monthly Seymour Salute awards
Each month, a Seymour Salute nominating committee will review monthly Seymour Salute submissions and select individuals who best personify SOAR Together service principles. Individuals will be recognized in Shorelines on a monthly basis and will receive Seymour Salute reward points. There are no limits on the number of monthly winners who can be selected. All employees are eligible, and there is no limit on the number of times a person can be recognized as a top performer.

When appropriate, the committee may also recognize an employee with less than two years of service as a Rising Star. Rising Stars will be featured in Shorelines and will receive Seymour Salute reward points.
