Favorite gift: A trip to Disney World

“In 2012, we surprised my daughter, Toni, who was 5 at the time. We didn’t tell her until we were about to board the airplane. We got to spend the most magical time of the year in the most magical place!”

“The doll house was handmade by a local carpenter. My mom gift-wrapped all the miniature furniture, so I had lots of things to unwrap. I was about 6 years old. I found out years later that the carpenter only charged my mom $15 for the house! I could never part with it. It’s in storage, with everything carefully wrapped up in paper.”
