The following employees were promoted in April:

Shannon Weber, former branch manager at West Allis, was promoted to area branch manager for our East and Shorewood branches. “It is great to be part of a company where we are supported and encouraged to continuously learn and grow to be even better for our customers and employees,” Shannon says. “I can see how each employee has an impact on our everyday success. I am so excited to be a part of North Shore Bank and to be joining the East and Shorewood teams, where together we can each continue to be a part of the Bank of You!”

LeSette Cortez was promoted from teller supervisor to assistant branch manager–operations at Cudahy.

And Danielle Ritz was promoted from teller supervisor to assistant branch manager–operations at Pewaukee.
