The Wisconsin Singer/Songwriter Series presents Claudia Schmidt and Sally Rogers tomorrow, Friday, May 5, at the Unitarian Church in Mequon. If you enjoy folk music, you’ll want to see this dream team of dulcimer-playing vocalists in concert.

North Shore Bank’s annual free Community Shredding Day will take place Saturday, May 6, at all of our locations between 9 and 11 a.m. The public is invited to bring sensitive documents for secure shredding.

Kids Day Fox Valley 2017 will also take place on Saturday, May 6, at Shopko Plaza in Menasha. This fun, free event is dedicated to providing families with information on crime prevention, safety, wellness, and environmental awareness.

There will be a Home-builder Workshop on Saturday, May 6, at Kenosha Old Elm Executive Center featuring important information for anyone looking to build.

It will be North Shore Bank Family Night at the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers in Appleton on Saturday, May 6. The first 1,000 fans get a Grim Grieper bobblehead.

Our Regency, Burlington, and Union Grove branches are partnering with Two Men and a Truck to be a part of Movers for Moms, a program in which organizations collect essential care items for women staying in local domestic abuse or homeless shelters in honor of Mother’s Day. Wish list items include: nice soaps, hair styling products, shampoos and conditioners, pillows, blankets, slippers, and other basic clothing items. Drop them off at the branches listed above by May 12.

The No Child Wet Behind Diaper Drive and 5K Run takes place in Green Bay on Saturday, May 13. The event helps collect diapers for low-income families in Green Bay and the surrounding areas, as well as community outreach organizations. Participants can enjoy children’s activities, food, and more.

There will be a Racine County Business Resource Event in Union Grove on Tuesday, May 16. The topic is emotional intelligence and networking.
