Tiffany’s cookies, complete with fun facts.

To help introduce the public to our video-teller services, the Green Bay West branch held “Video Teller Awareness Days” on June 21 and 22.

“We were trying to do something fun and creative,” said universal banker Tiffany Pennington, who made star-shaped sugar cookies as part of the festivities, and attached “video teller fun facts” to them. “The cookies were a huge hit with customers, and sparked lots of discussion about this awesome service we provide!”

Customers who went outside to greet a video teller through the drive-up machine also received an additional prize — a North Shore Bank car freshener and towel.
