My experience with North Shore Bank has always been tremendous. All there know my name, address, my needs, and encourage a safe feeling. Branch manager Patty Muehl is attentive and always aware of what is going on in the bank. Teller supervisor Danielle Ritz is friendly and efficient, with an excellent business attitude. Teller Megan Kubichek is efficient, courteous, and good at what she does. And personal banker Jewell Graham is courteous and business-like, while paying attention to small details.

And internal customers praised customer service rep Max Retzlaff in the call center, Craig says: “During a recent roundtable discussion, several individuals mentioned that Max is consistently patient, friendly, and helpful when they are calling for assistance from the call center. Way to go, Max!” Colleen Egan, VP, customer service, added: “He does a great job, and I know he is a branch favorite.”
