Seymour Salutes

A comment for Lori: “Thank you for all of your behind-the-scenes work on the ITM upgrades/enhancements to help create the best customer experience. You are always easy to talk to and fun to work with!”
And for Katie: “A customer came in today and waited to meet with me specifically to tell me how much he enjoys banking at the Appleton location because of you. He shared that he has never actually met you in person, but that he has worked with you over the phone multiple times and he is always very impressed with your professionalism and demeanor. He even said that if he were a business owner, he would try to recruit you to work for him, despite having never seen you in person! (Good thing for us he is retired!) Thank you for having such a consistent, positive impact on your customers. NSB is lucky to have you!”
Rising Stars
Our Rising Stars for September are Sussex teller supervisor Lauren Carley, deposit service rep Erica Kuik, Appleton Northland teller Nate Scheuers, and Forest Home teller Chyloe Vigil. Rising Stars have been with North Shore Bank for less than two years.
A comment for Nate: “A customer completed a customer service survey, and when asked if she felt if anyone should be recognized, she named you. Her specific comments were: ‘Nate — always very nice and polite. Handles my transactions quickly and accurately!’ Nice job, Nate!”
