A customer recently shared his gratitude with mortgage loan originator Greg Kroll and his colleagues at our Shorewood branch:
Two years ago, I was recently divorced and with terrible credit. I went into the bank because I wanted to move forward in my life and was told to speak with Greg Kroll. I asked him how I could fix my credit and he gave me some great suggestions. At no time did he treat me like a hopeless case or like I was wasting his time. Tomorrow I am closing on my first home with him as my loan officer. Words can’t describe how grateful I am for his time and energy in guiding me to achieve my dreams!
I moved to Wisconsin 21 years ago and, after a horrible experience with my first bank, decided to open an account with you. Twenty years later I am closing on my first home with North Shore Bank. Your staff has always been wonderful, helpful and gone above and beyond to guide me through a lot of difficult moments. I love my bank!
And a teacher at Green Bay West High School thanked area branch manager Sharon Hack and the bank for providing financial education materials through the Banzai program. She wrote:
Thank you to providing my students the Banzai booklets. It was a great opportunity to allow students to work through real-life scenarios while working with a budget and balancing a checkbook!
Great work, everyone!
