North Shore Shape Up: Save on Weight Watchers!
Go freestyle!
On December 4, Weight Watchers announced a new program called WW Freestyle. It offers more flexibility and freedom than ever before! Here’s how it works:
Now, over 200 foods have a SmartPoints value of 0, including some surprises like chicken, fish, eggs, corn, beans, and more! The best part? Foods on the zero Points list don’t need to be tracked or measured, so you can spend less time counting and more time enjoying your food and your life!We have reached the middle of our current Weight Watchers At Work Meeting series, and Weight Watchers has another special for employees who want to continue to make healthy changes and renew their membership, or who want to join as a new member.
Deal Days are offered during a special window through December 15. We just need your commitment at this point. The new session will start in mid-January.
For a 12 week series, if you renew or join during the Deal Days window, you will pay only $132.60 — a 15 percent discount from the regular price of $156. Payroll deduction is available.
If you are at a branch, you may sign up through the Corporate At Work group and then attend a Weight Watchers meeting site in your area, at your convenience. Contact Nancy Hanson at nhanson@northshorebank.com if you are interested.
If you are at Corporate, you may attend a free meeting tomorrow, December 15, at 11 a.m. in the Lower Level Lounge to learn more, or contact Nancy. •••
