Rising Stars
Our Rising Stars for January are customer care rep Dee Brown and customer assistance rep Takeisha Apklin Davis. Rising Stars have been with North Shore Bank for less than two years.

Takeisha received this feedback: “A customer called to share his delight in working with you. You picked up the phone immediately, and the whole conversation was wonderful. His needs were taken care of in less than two minutes, and your service punctuated the positive experiences he always has with ‘The Bank of Me.'”
