Last year we launched our annual SOAR Together awards in recognition of employees who demonstrate our Customer Promises. Now it’s time for our second year of nominations!

Visit our SOAR Together page for all of the details on the three award nomination categories, or see below. Winners each receive $500 and a SOAR Together recognition plaque.

All employees are eligible to win. Can you think of someone who qualifies for one of these awards? Get started and nominate them today! The nomination period is now open and will close on March 15. After March 15, a nominating committee will review candidates and select one winner for each award. Winners will be announced in April.

Nomination submissions must clearly and completely describe why the nominee is deserving of this recognition. Please be sure the nominating review committee will be able to get a full and accurate understanding of your nomination from your comments.
