Seymour Salutes
Here are the June winners of our Seymour Salutes awards:

Milene and Tim were each recognized for their work on a short video to roll out our new Ask Seymour site: “The Ask Seymour training videos are terrific. Thank you for creating learning tools that are easy to understand and engaging to watch. They are of great benefit and value to employees.”

Rising Stars
Our Rising Star for June is senior customer assistance representative Carrie Feiker. Rising Stars have been with North Shore Bank for less than two years.

Carrie has been recognized a number of times for her continued excellence in customer service. For June, she received the following comment: “Congratulations, Carrie, on a great customer compliment! She said you were a superstar and very patient with her! She is elderly and was having difficulties with online banking, and her daughter wanted to pass along an awesome compliment and kudos! Great job!”

Congratulations to our June winners! All of our winners have received Seymour Salutes points.
