Our latest Mortgage Customer Survey results are amazing — a grand-slam effort by each and every one of our mortgage loan team members!

Our Satisfaction rating this month was 99 percent, and our Net Promoter Score this month was 100! For the year, we are at 97 percent Satisfaction, with a 90 for our Net Promoter Score.

Results such as these cannot be obtained without a team effort. It starts at the front-end customer meeting and has to be carried all the way through the process with our residential loan specialists and underwriters working together to deliver on our customer promise. Together, we achieve more — and this is a great example of that.
