We’re ready! Our new team of district operations specialists is in place and raring to go.

Led by district operations manager Margie Brusa, the team held an official kickoff meeting on October 30. The three new specialists are Jayme Clarey, Jill Heule, and Danielle Ritz.

Their job is to help branches stay compliant with bank policies and procedures. “We will be doing mini audits every other month,” Margie says. “And when branches get new managers or teller supervisors, we will provide operational training and support for them.” District operations specialists will also participate in operational meetings and Skill Builders sessions, and will be available on the bank’s Request for Support, too.

Margie will be based out of the New Berlin office and cover the Metro South District. Jayme will be in Kenosha Main and cover the South District. Jill works out of Appleton Northland and covers the North District. And Danielle is at Sussex and covers Metro North.

The district operations specialists will be contacting their branches soon to introduce themselves.
