New Hires for November 29

It’s always exciting to add new members to our team. Here are some of the fresh faces at North Shore Bank.

Burlington teller supervisor Noel Flanders is from Union Grove and previously worked for Reebok. She is married with a 7-year-old daughter, and has played violin since childhood. “I took lessons for nine years, but haven’t played very often since high school. With life and family changes and less spare time these days, I only play once or twice a year,” she says. “When I was younger, my mother worked in nursing homes, and the group I played with would play for the nursing home residents for holidays. I also played in the pit orchestra for two musicals in high school.”

Menasha teller Wylee Meinhardt is from Appleton and previously worked for Thrivent Financial. She has a 5-year-old gray cat named Opal, and also owned Opal’s mom and grandmother. “They were pretty different from her!” Wylee says. “They both liked to be outside, and Opal is terrified of that. And they were not very cuddly cats, while Opal is — she loves attention.”

El Rey teller Teresa Sanchez was born in Mexico and immigrated to Milwaukee 23 years ago, where she raised two sons and is now enjoying a 5-month-old grandson. Her position at North Shore Bank will take her in a different direction from her previous employment. “After working as a forklift driver for the last 13 years, this new job will be a new challenge,” she says. “I look forward to working for North Shore Bank and serving my community!”
