Happy new year! I am pleased to announce a number of officer appointments for 2019. Please join me in congratulating these North Shore Bank leaders on their achievement.

Vice President
Milene Below, Training and Development Manager
Milene has been with us since February 2014 and was promoted to AVP in 2016. In this time, she has made several notable improvements to our training, and led the implementation of Ask Seymour and Seymour Says.

Gina Bontempo, Underwriting Manager
Gina will head up our Mortgage and Consumer Underwriting department, taking over for Jim Saladin. Gina came to us through our acquisition of Maritime Savings Bank and possesses a deep and diverse underwriting background. We wish her much success in her new role.

Preston Chybowski, Commercial Real Estate Lender
Preston joined the bank in February 2010, initially as a commercial credit analyst. In June 2016, he was promoted to AVP-Commercial Real Estate Loan Originator and has consistently met or exceeded production goals.

Assistant Vice President
Craig Cortez, Commercial Portfolio Manager
Craig has been with the bank since October 2015, prior to which he worked for Johnson Bank and U.S. Bank. He has a strong background in commercial credit analysis and has been instrumental in the management of the commercial loan portfolio.

Jon Habighorst, Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager
Jon has been with the bank for almost seven years and, since joining CRE in October 2016, has been an invaluable asset to the CRE department. He manages the renewals, modifications, and other day-to-day tasks associated with our $600 million portfolio.

Farrah Mason, Area Branch Manager, Mequon and Grafton
Having been with us for over two years, Farrah continues to enhance our involvement with the Mequon community and build strong relationships in Grafton as well.

Katie Presser, Area Branch Manager, Howard/Suamico and Pulaski
Katie has worked her way from personal banker to assistant branch manager to area branch manager. (She originally managed our Muskego location, prior to moving to Pulaski.) Twice in the last three years, she has been named Branch Manager of the Year.

Sara Swosinski, Branch Manager, New Berlin
Sara has been a branch manager with us for over five years and continues to support our growth in the New Berlin market.

Peggy Winchell, Mortgage Underwriter–Team Lead
Peggy has been with North Shore for 16 years and a team leader for seven years. Her expertise and training of other team members are instrumental to the department.
