A recent study showed that sleep helps immune cells known as T-cells do their jobs—attaching to and killing viruses and other invaders. Prioritize sleep by limiting caffeine and alcohol too close to bedtime, following a set bedtime and wake time, getting regular exercise, and having a relaxing, tech-free wind-down routine at night.
