Seymour Salutes
Here are the June winners of our Seymour Salutes awards:

Melissa received these kudos: “Congratulations, Melissa, on two outstanding customer compliments! They were so happy with the service you provided they wanted to pass that along. One customer had fraud on his debit card, and you put him at ease and explained what happened. You told him everything he needed to hear to keep him happy. His comments were: ‘I can now have a great weekend because of you!’ Your other customer was also extremely pleased with your service. Great job, Melissa. Way to SOAR!”

Rising Stars
Our Rising Stars for June are Southridge teller Jonathan Lor and Jackson Park teller supervisor Josephina Reyes. Rising Stars have been with North Shore Bank for less than two years.

Jonathan received this praise: “Hi, Jonathan, I just can’t thank you enough for all your hard work. You have picked up so fast and are doing a super great job. You are an asset to North Shore Bank, and I am so glad you have joined our team.”
