New, renovated locations will help bank deliver even better service

A rendering of our future North End branch.

We are growing! Not only has construction begun on our new North End branch at Water and Pleasant streets, the bank is also working with the village of Germantown to acquire land for a branch that would open next year, and with the city of Brookfield to build a new Brookfield Capitol branch adjacent to the current location. The current Brookfield Capitol branch would be torn down next year when construction was finished.

Our first-ever North End branch will combine a renovated two-story building on the site with a new one-and-a-half-story addition. Along with an open-concept lobby, the branch will offer features that suit the walkable location, such as a self-serve coin counter, extended banking hours seven days a week, and walk-up ATM/video teller service.

The parcel that would host the Germantown branch is off the intersection of West Pilgrim and Mequon roads, near Sendik’s Food Market. This branch will also mark North Shore Bank’s entry into a part of southeast Wisconsin where it hasn’t been represented before. The 2,000-square-foot branch will be a great match for the Germantown community.

Finally, the new Brookfield Capitol branch will help us offer faster and better service to our customers than the current location, which is over 40 years old, allows. The current branch will remain open during construction.
