Here are the August winners of our Seymour Salutes awards:

Rising Stars
Our Rising Stars for August and September are Menasha universal banker Ashley White, Fox Point universal banker Gabe Apostol, treasury management operations specialist Jazmyn Brooks, and senior customer assistance representatives Megan Wick and Lori Zaleski. Rising Stars have been with North Shore Bank for less than two years.

Gabe received this praise: “I wanted to take a moment and thank you for stepping up and taking on so much at Fox Point these past several months. Your commitment to the branch, the bank, and the team at the branch is appreciated and commendable! Keep up the good work! You are appreciated.”

And for Lori: “We received a survey response and a follow-up phone call to share the great customer service you provided. The comments from the survey: Welcomed my call; delivered knowledgeable service; resolved my concern; thanked me/made me feel appreciated; provided all the information and support I requested; put my mind at ease. The follow-up call echoed the same — your knowledge and reassurance were appreciated, and the service you provided was ‘great in all ways.’ Amazing job, Lori!”
