It’s always exciting to add new members to our team. Here are some of the fresh faces at North Shore Bank.

Shorewood teller Micki Usama is from Quito, Ecuador, but has lived in Wisconsin since she was 6. She previously worked at a women’s clothing store at Mayfair Mall and will attend UW-Milwaukee next fall. “I love to spend time with my family and friends, as well as volunteer,” Micki says. “Currently, I volunteer at Ronald McDonald House Charities. I spend the majority of my time ensuring the house is well maintained and clean for the next family who comes. I’m also in charge of taking kids to the ‘Magic Room,’ where they are able to pick out their favorite toy and a book! Their smiles light up the whole room, and it makes volunteering feel so rewarding.”
