It’s always exciting to add new members to our team. Here are some of the fresh faces at North Shore Bank.

Marketing department product manager Eric Brooks grew up in New Berlin and lives in Pewaukee now. He previously worked at Refinitiv, a financial data and technology firm; before that, he spent eight years at Guaranty Bank, starting as a teller and working his way up to product manager for retail credit. “Fitness is important to me,” Eric says. “I enjoy exercising and have completed several Spartan Races. I also have participated in strength competitions — my personal best is deadlifting 425 pounds.”
