The lobby remains under appointment-only access due to the COVID-19 outbreak, but North Shore Bank’s new North End branch is now serving customers via walk-up video teller machines.

Deposit and withdraw funds, pay bills, and perform other tasks with help from a video teller at the corner of East Pleasant and Water streets. And Ray Guardiola and his North End team look forward to seeing even more customers when the state’s safer-at-home order is lifted.
