Seymour Salutes
Here are the June winners of our Seymour Salutes awards:

Cheri: “Thank you for working with a business client with merchant service issues. Your personal touch and quick response were greatly appreciated by the customer. You are a ‘Bank of You’ role model.”

Ashley: “Congratulations, Ashley, on an outstanding compliment from one of your customers. She took the time to tell me how pleased and happy she was with your ‘wonderful service.’ She said she was a little old lady who needed help getting into her Online Banking and you were patient, polite, and very helpful. She was so grateful. Way to go, Ashley, and way to SOAR!”

Sharon: “Sharon, this indirect dealer’s words speak for themselves! Wonderful compliment from a tough market: ‘It was indeed a pleasure speaking with you this morning. I could envision your smile right through the phone line and appreciate your helping get this trailer lien information taken care of for the XYZs.'”
