Here’s this week’s update on our Bank on Kindness campaign to spread happiness and goodwill in our communities.

Shorewood area branch manager Shannon Weber recently donated Bank on Kindness funds to the village’s Luxe Salon, after hearing from the owner, Caroline, about how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected business.

“Caroline decided to use the funds to make gift baskets of products for customers who may benefit from them,” Shannon said. “She was so excited about this idea and how it could be a small gesture of help.”

In other Bank on Kindness news… North Shore Bank is matching donations to Wisconsin food pantries throughout the month of February. Donations can be made online at give.mastercard.com/p/northshorebank, and will be matched by the bank, up to $500 per pantry. You can also get a link to donate by texting Kindness to 77948.
