Molly Schissler appeared on Spectrum News 1 last week to discuss our hiring needs. She explained to interviewer Ryan Burk that candidates don’t need any financial background.

“You have to have an interest in helping customers,” the SVP HR/Compliance said, “in helping people achieve what they’re looking to do with their money.”
