Seymour Salutes
Here are the March winners of our Seymour Salutes awards:

A complimentary customer comment for Sara: “I work for a title curative company resolving title issues for our parent company, Fay Financial, on property that is in default. Earlier this week I sent a request for a lien release on an old mortgage. Sara Coppersmith contacted me right away, and within 48 hours of initial contact, I had a recorded release. I have never found a lending institution that was as responsive as she was. I just wanted to let your management team know I was very appreciative and commend her.”

Rising Stars
Our Rising Star for March is customer assistance rep Amber Gruhlke. Rising Stars have been with North Shore Bank for less than two years.

Here’s one of two compliments for Amber: “Every time I get the chance to talk with you when I call CSC, you make my day. You are so friendly and always so helpful! I appreciate all you do for me and our customers. Often times, when people call into customer service, something isn’t working for them, and you take the time and energy to try to figure out the problem, or come up with a solution, and are so, so, so friendly while doing so.”
