Take a minute and let yourself create an inner pool of energy

Live from the interest, not the principal — it’s important to create an inner pool of energy that you constantly refill. Don’t work so hard that you forget to pay attention to your inner self. When your mind gets foggy, take a break.

Try this meditation for one minute every day, or longer if you want to:

I BRING MY AWARENESS to the expansive space within me. I trust that if I do not push, everything will come together in due time.
