Cravillion didn’t expect to find her calling 35 years ago
When VP branch operations manager Tricia Cravillion applied for a teller position at North Shore Bank in 1987, she was working at a factory and just looking for a change of pace. She didn’t really expect to start a lifelong career. But 35 years later, she reflects on how many titles she’s held here.
“Honestly, I joke that from the branch perspective, I have held all of them, with the exception of teller supervisor and assistant branch manager,” she says. She’s also been a mortgage loan officer, mortgage process and closing specialist, “dabbled” in business banking, and been a district manager. “I was also an assistant to the district manager — yes, we had those at one point.” Read more about Tricia now!

Get free flu shots for you and your whole family
Register now! The bank is once again offering a free on-site flu shot clinic at Corporate, on Wednesday, September 21, from 3 to 5 p.m.
You, your spouse, and your kids age 6 and up can get your free flu shots when you register here. Choose one of these options:
- If you have United Healthcare insurance through North Shore Bank, enter your UMR ID card number when registering.
- If you have other health coverage and know it covers flu shots 100 percent, enter the insurance name and ID number when registering.
- No insurance coverage? Select “I do not have private insurance” when registering.
If you can’t attend the on-site clinic, go to a participating Walgreens, Aurora Health Center, or your own physician and use your UMR ID or other insurance ID cards. If you don’t have insurance, pay for your flu shot and submit the receipt to Cindy Lohrey for reimbursement.
Please note that this is for the standard flu shot — not the COVID-19 vaccine.
When you register, make sure to fill in all required (*) personal and insurance information. If you need a thimerosal-free flu shot, select this option in the drop-down menu and notify the nurse at your appointment as well. Please arrive slightly before your scheduled appointment. Walk-ins will not be accepted at the clinic.

Bridget Sobocinski takes helm at Grafton
Bridget Sobocinski is the new branch manager at Grafton. She was previously an assistant branch manager with Tri City National Bank, before moving back to Ozaukee County from Milwaukee after getting married. She also has a strong background in retail management.
“I love that I get to manage a branch in my home county!” she says. “I love motivating a team to work together and achieve our goals. Empowering and equipping others to be their best is what I am passionate about.”
When she isn’t doing that, Bridget likes to bike, hike, enjoy game night with my husband and other family and friends, read, and volunteer.
“There is a local organization that serves people in crisis or going through seasons-of-life changes who would like weekly support, and I am one of the volunteer caregivers,” she says. “I love being a part of stabilizing forces in the community. So of course I’m also super excited to be part of the North Shore Bank team!” •••
Acosta, Hughes, Germantown get high marks
Residential closing team lead Marta Acosta has been helping one of our partners at Neighborworks Green Bay get approved for a grant, and they had some terrific things to say about her:
I truly appreciate how responsive and communicative you have been through this loan process for our borrower! I can’t tell you what a struggle it has been lately to get documents from lenders or even have them email me back. You are great to work with, and I thank you!
“I could not agree more with their statement!” says lending QC and residential processing/closing manager AVP Jamie Sperk. “Marta is amazing, and always goes above and beyond — not only with our borrowers, but with our external partners too.”
And a retail customer recently left this very appreciative Google review for the Germantown branch:
I was so surprised and delighted by Erica Hughes, Tarvinder Kaur, and the other employees who were so kind and helpful with their service to me and my Accounts. I finally feel I am home as far as banking goes. This staff is a Super Bowl–winning team of kindness, care, and respect toward anyone who walks through that front door. Hands down, this is and should be everyone who wants such beautiful and smart folks taking care of their banking needs — our go-to place. They sincerely were so kind, I didn’t want to leave. This is my new official branch, and I will come back every time.
We also received the feedback card above, which reads: “North Shore Bank is excellent to do business with.” That’s how we do it! •••
