In November, the North District* invited internal customers to take the internal SOAR Together survey and rate their satisfaction with the service they’ve received from our branches. We received responses to the question “How easy was it to do business with the branch?” Ratings were on a scale of 1 to 7, where 1 meant “Not easy to work with” and 7 meant “Very easy to work with.”
I am proud to announce that North District scored 6.76 overall. The highest-scoring branches were Howard, with 6.85, and Sister Bay, with a 6.84.
The survey also asked if the respondent wanted to recognize a particular person in the North District, and we received 83 of these employee recognitions. Green Bay West and Allouez received the most, with 11 each.
It was hard to pick just a few, but these recognitions are representative of all of the great comments we received:
Emily Johnson is always helpful, and I enjoy her feedback on all of our calls as well.
Tara Neuville has been incredibly patient with me when I needed help. If my teller supervisor is out, I always know I can call Tara.
Mickey Adams, Aubrey Abrahamson, and Laurie Kocken are great! Mickey is my go-to with questions if my manager is not in or I have a customer situation I need to talk through. She is always willing to take the time to help me, which I very much appreciate. Aubrey is great and willing to help our mutual customers out, and while I have never met her in person, I love how friendly she is when we’ve spoken on the phone or via email/Jabber.
We also received 127 comments on the ease of doing business with the North District branches. Pulaski received the most comments (16).
These outcomes demonstrate without a doubt how much our branches care for our internal customers. We’re grateful to everyone who completed the North District internal SOAR survey — your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be shared with the entire district.
*North District branches are: Allouez, Ashwaubenon, Green Bay East, Green Bay West, Howard-Suamico, Menasha, Northland, Pulaski, Sister Bay, and Sturgeon Bay.
