North District branches score high in internal SOAR survey

In December, the North District* invited internal customers to take the internal SOAR Together survey and rate their satisfaction with the service they’ve received from our branches. We received 256 responses to the question “How easy was it to do business with the branch?” Ratings were on a scale of 1 to 7, where 1 meant “Not easy to work with” and 7 meant “Very easy to work with.”

I am proud to announce that North District scored 6.61 overall. The highest-scoring branches were Green Bay West, with 6.69, and Green Bay East with a 6.66.

The survey also asked if the respondent wanted to recognize a particular person in the North District, and we received 96 of these employee recognitions. Green Bay West received the most (19), and Northland came in second (14).

It was hard to pick just a few, but these recognitions are representative of all of the great comments we received:

I would like to recognize assistant branch manager Tiffany Porter at the Sister Bay branch. She is a shining star there. She is super knowledgeable and works hard to do what is best for her customers.

I would like to recognize Menasha personal banker Wylee Meinhardt. She is probably the sweetest person I have talked to on the phone. She does everything she can to help her customers and give them the best experience. She will go out of her way to find the best options for her customers even when they are not your typical situations. She’s a great asset to NSB.

I would like to recognize Sister Bay universal banker Emily Johnson. She is very pleasant to talk to over the phone and has a great relationship with her customers. She does her best to give them the best options when they are not your typical situations. She will always reach out to get more information to help her customers. Great asset to NSB.

We also received 146 comments on the ease of doing business with the North District branches. Northland received the most comments (20).

These outcomes demonstrate without a doubt how much our branches care for our internal customers. We’re grateful to everyone who completed the North District internal SOAR survey — your feedback is greatly appreciated and will be shared with the entire district.

*North District branches are: Allouez, Ashwaubenon, Green Bay East, Green Bay West, Howard-Suamico, Menasha, Northland, Pulaski, Sister Bay, and Sturgeon Bay.
